There's a few annoying things with it so i was hoping they may be fixed in a later version! _________________ Current: 991.1 GTS, 944 S2 1990 Previous: 997.2 C2S, Cayman 987.1 |

Depending on warranty coverage (ie: is there an extended warranty in effect?) Porsche used to provide the update foc so long as there was a sound reason for doing so. A known issue with earlier versions that was fixed at V4.76 was for the PCM to occasionally, and randomly, switch-off and cycle through a restart/reboot routine. In my experience, the OPC would take that explanation as justification for a foc update. (You probably know but this is to do with firmware updates and has nothing to do with mapping, where separate updates may be available but nearly always at some cost!). James |
